Free Training
Before the equipment is qualified for installation and commissioning and is delivered to use, our technical personnel shall conduct on-site training and instruct the customer related engineering and technical personnel on the normal operation steps and matters for attention in daily maintenance.
Free Maintenance
3 months after the use of the equipment for telephone return visit, half a year after free maintenance; Any problem in operation within one year (except for human factors) will be repaired free of charge.
Lifelong Maintenance
After the warranty period of the equipment expires, some parts appear abnormal operation, our company will replace them at cost price. After-sales service personnel to provide users with free technical support, technical training and other equipment related attention. After-sales hotline: open 24 hours a day, and promise to respond within 2 hours after receiving the repair call, and provide professional advice. Arrive on site within 24 hours if necessary for maintenance (except some remote areas)
